As a Process Operations Apprentice at Croda you will be learning about the safe and efficient operation of the manufacturing plants on site, and ultimately becoming responsible for the running of one of these plants or processes.
Positions Available 5 x Process Operators - 3 year programme
Working Week Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, at CATCH for year 1. Outside of catch the working week is: Working day shifts (6am-6pm) and night shifts (6pm-6am) in line with site 5 crew system.
Desired Qualifications Applicants will need a minimum of 3 GCSEs at A*-C (9-4) Grades including in English and Mathematics based subjects or equivalent.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a higher-level apprenticeship or full-time employment for the right candidate.
